Senior Logistics Executive (S$3400-S$3700)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factory, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.
• Customs and port regulations across regions
• Insurance claims
• COO, LC and other export documents for shipments
• SAP and Export Control
• Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in process improvement, audit support, or system enhancement initiatives is a plus
