We are multiplying and looking for talented professionals to join our teams in Singapore. While we have some of the largest organizations globally as active clients, we still have a start-up mentality, so the right person will be hungry, focused, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company. You should be a self-starter capable of owning your work while also being an integral member of our team.

Position Overview:

As the General Manager of Operations, Product & Engineering, you will wield tremendous influence over three critical functions. This isn't just a job; it's a transformative opportunity to shape our destiny, where you'll orchestrate operational brilliance, ignite innovation in product development, and foster engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead with unwavering authority, guiding the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to unprecedented heights.

Operations Mastery:

Your mastery over day-to-day operations will lead us to new levels of efficiency, excellence, and quality control.

You'll spearhead our product strategy, propelling us into the forefront of innovation.

Our products will be your canvas, and your brushstrokes will paint the future.

Engineering Eminence:

Command the Engineering team, ensuring our technology infrastructure remains unmatched.

You'll set the bar high, demanding nothing but the best in security and innovation.

Strategic Mastery:

Partner with the executive team, wielding your strategic prowess to execute our visionary mission.

Your contributions to long-term planning and resource allocation will be pivotal.

Collaboration Catalyst:

Forge unbreakable bonds with other departments, ensuring synergy and the triumphant execution of company-wide initiatives.

Performance Pioneering:

Led the charge in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and amplify our success.

Qualifications:

• You've earned your stripes with an advanced degree (MBA/PhD) in a relevant field.
• Your senior leadership experience is legendary, particularly in guiding Operations, Product, and Engineering teams. Min 3-5 years
• Experience in US, Eruope and India markets is perferable
• Knowlegde of SAAS products required. Min 10 years experience, in product management
• Workplace knowledge required, min 2-3 year experience in corporate Design
