E-commerce Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities (JD):

① Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

② Plan and execute online promotional activities to improve sales conversion rates

③ Analyze sales data, user behavior, and market trends to optimize operational strategies

④ Coordinate the supply chain, warehousing, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment

⑤ Assist in managing product listing, inventory, and pricing strategies

⑥ Communicate with internal teams and external partners to advance project execution

⑦ Assist management in coordinating and supporting business-related tasks

Job Requirements:

① Bachelor's degree or above, any major

② Prior experience in e-commerce operations or related fields is preferred

③ Familiarity with mainstream e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is preferred

④ Strong data analysis and communication skills

⑤ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

⑥ Relevant professional certifications: such as a health nutritionist certificate

⑦ This is a company headquartered in China. Our work is primarily conducted in Chinese, and product information is also presented in Chinese. Candidates with Chinese language skills will be a plus.
