Roles & Responsibilities

Shipping Coordinator

• Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
• After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
• Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
• Basic: $2,800 - $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirements
2. Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and relevant IT tools
3. Minimum 1 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, preferably handling marine or engineering equipment and spare part

Job Scopes:

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinations
• Manage billing to customers with high accuracy.
• Preparation and Stock entries into system.
• Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to meet customers' needs
• Responsible for coordinating and sourcing for freight forwarders
• Responsible in Accounts opening of new vendors
• Ensure that all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance and documentation requirements
• Propose insurance as and when required, follow up cases with vendors pertaining damage/loss cargo during transportation.
• Coordinate with Sales Team on client requirements and billing term status Coordinate with Italy HQ Shipping/Sales Team for orders in conditions documentations
• Participation in annual inventory count
