Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate resources to requested cases by work order.
Support dispatch process improvements and ensure smooth execution.
Review case specifications and communicate requirements to extended execution teams.
Monitor team utilization and assist the Resource Manager in assigning jobs effectively.
Collaborate with peers across regions to address resource gaps and optimize utilization.
Ensure field engineers comply with EHS standards company policies and PPE requirements.
Support training initiatives and help develop team competencies through knowledge sharing.
Ensure timely delivery of services to customers (Field Service / Warranty / Parts).
Track and ensure timely submission of field engineers timesheets expenses and reports.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
Expertise with dispatch tools and immigration processes.
Experience coordinating with customers suppliers subcontractors and site teams.
Willingness to travel as required.
Basic knowledge of programming techniques and languages.
Strong command of MS Office with ability to run data queries and reports.
