We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Operations Executive to support the CEO Office in monitoring daily operations, reporting, and internal processes.
This role plays a key part in ensuring timely reporting, data accuracy, and smooth coordination across departments
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & KPI Monitoring
Monitor daily report,
Ensure timely submission and completeness of all required reports
Follow up with departments on missing or delayed reports
2. Data Checking & Validation
Review reports for accuracy and consistency
Perform basic cross-checking of data against supporting information (e.g. internal records, communications, system data)
3. Tracking & Reporting
Track key operational issues. Consolidate and prepare a daily summary.
4. Coordination & Follow-Up
Liaise with different departments to obtain required information
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
Support communication between departments for reporting matters
5. SOP & Process Support
Support adherence to internal SOPs and reporting standards
Assist in maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements
MIN 3 years of experience in operations, admin, or coordination role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable following up with different stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
