We’re seeking a Head of Business Management Support & Operations to drive strategic growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence across a dynamic and evolving F&B portfolio.

This is a strategic leadership position where you will:

• Define and execute business expansion strategies (new outlets, food concept)
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive key business strategies
• Ensure management remains focused on key priorities, align strategies with enterprise and corporate objectives, and drive both growth and cost efficiencies
• Influence high-level stakeholder decisions, including government agencies and key partners
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to future-proof the business
• Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive and high-impact matters for external stakeholders, including government agencies and ministerial officers

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner closely with the General Manager to drive strategic direction and growth
• Spearhead F&B outlets expansion in Singapore and ASEAN
• Lead cross-functional teams in business support, administration, and digitalization/IT transformation
• Spearhead initiatives in digitalisation, automation and implement dashboards
• Build dashboards, insights, business intelligence tools, competitive benchmarking to guide decision-making
• Develop, align and lead strategic initiatives focused on achieving key business insights, process improvements and efficiencies
• Manage and engage stakeholders across government bodies, NEA, F&B tenants, and industry partners
• Ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and timely execution across the organization

Who We Are Looking For

• 10 years of experience in F&B industries
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
• Strong network and experience working with government agencies (e.g. regulatory bodies)
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong business and commercial acumen with ability to navigate complex, high-stakes environments
