As Singapore prepares for major cultural moments such as the Singapore Grand Prix 2026 and the Singapore International Film Festival, we are expanding into corporate partnerships and bespoke B2B experiences, alongside our flagship programs and immersive events.
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Consultant (B2B Focus) to drive corporate partnerships, pipeline growth, and revenue through bespoke offerings including workshops, seminars, and retreats.
Mission of the Role
Build and scale Innerwork Circle’s B2B revenue engine by:
Hunting and acquiring corporate clients
Building a strong, qualified pipeline
Converting organisations into long-term partners through bespoke transformational experiences
This role is growth-focused, conversion-driven, and partnership-led, with flexibility to operate remotely and on a non-full-time / project basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Business Development (Primary Focus)
Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients, leadership teams, and organisations
Proactively hunt new business opportunities (cold outreach, warm networks, partnerships)
Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline
Pitch and position Innerwork Circle’s bespoke offerings:
Corporate workshops
Leadership seminars
Private retreats
Custom transformation programs
Drive deals from first contact → proposal → close
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Actively cultivate and generate high-quality B2B leads
Develop outreach strategies across:
LinkedIn
Founder & leadership networks
Corporate HR / L&D teams
Strategic partnerships
Work closely with marketing (if applicable) to refine:
Lead funnels
Target segments
Messaging for corporate audiences
3. Client Experience (Concierge-Level)
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience for corporate clients
Understand organisational goals, leadership challenges, and team dynamics
Translate needs into customised program proposals
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover into program delivery
4. Partnerships & Strategic Growth
Build partnerships with:
Corporates and SMEs
Founder networks and business communities
HR, L&D, and leadership development teams
Create long-term, repeatable revenue channels through:
Retainers
Multi-program engagements
Annual partnerships
5. Conversion & Revenue Ownership
Own conversion metrics from lead → deal closure
Structure and close high-value B2B deals
Focus on scalable revenue generation, not one-off sales
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have
Proven experience in B2B business development / sales / partnerships
Strong track record in hunting and closing corporate deals
Experience building and managing sales pipelines from scratch
Ability to sell intangible / high-value services (e.g. training, consulting, experiences)
Highly self-driven and comfortable operating in a flexible / remote setup
Strong Advantage
Experience selling:
