Interacts with clients on specific jobs to ensure world-class service is delivered at every client touch point
Assists in production planning
Recognizes, manages and delivers service solutions on a day-to-day basis for specific jobs
Communicates job status to internal deal team to ensure continuous, smooth transition between shifts
Monitors job status and follows-up using internal systems (e.g., turn notes) to ensure client needs met or exceeded
Acts as a resource for clients regarding current regulatory news, products, service solutions, client/market business and internal Donnelley capabilities
Maintains on-going client relationships, client satisfaction, on-time delivery and accurate performance (zero defects on filings and printings)
Performs other tasks as assigned by the company
Who are we looking for?
A diploma or higher qualification is required
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients, 1-2 years of client-facing experience is a plus
Ability to interact with multiple groups of people
Knowledge of print/bind and understanding of regulatory documents and process will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office skills
Strong communication skill
Possess analytical skills to help with the decision-making process
Highly organized and capable of working independently
Flexibility to work overtime and in rotating shifts (including overnight) is required (Shift allowance and overtime allowance will be provided)
