Key Responsibilities
- Support daily treasury operations, including cash balance updates and payment execution
- Maintain vendor bank account details and manage online banking portals
- Process routine and ad hoc payments in line with approval policies
- Arrange monthly funding for subsidiaries and support investment capital calls
- Reconcile intercompany management fees and compile bank confirmations
- Assist in analysing cash flow drivers and trends
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on payment matters
- Prepare journal entries for accruals and bank charges
- Provide support in bank account management, administration, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of accounts payable and banking operations
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams
