We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing and Business Development to grow the brand equity and maximise revenue for Mount Faber Leisure Group's new and existing products and services, with a focus on F&B.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. The Culinary Storyteller (Menu Design & UX)
- Vision Translation: Collaborate closely with the culinary team to translate the Chef’s vision into visually stunning physical and digital menus.
- Menu Engineering: Design layouts that are easy to navigate, and drive revenue.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all collaterals are accurate and reflect each restaurant’s unique identity.
2. Digital Architect & SEO Strategist
- Website Management: Lead the day-to-day management of the Mount Faber Dining website, ensuring content is fresh and accurate.
- SEO Mastery: Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to ensure our restaurants dominate search rankings.
- Conversion Optimization: Create effective online user journeys that turn visitors into reservations.
2. Social Media & Content Creator
- Social Identity: Plan, produce, and curate scroll-stopping content for the Instagram channel @mountfaberdining.
- Storytelling: Capture the magic of Mount Faber Dining experiences through high-quality photography, videography (on mobile phone), and copywriting.
3. Multi-Channel Campaign Lead
- Ideation to Execution: Deploy successful marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels (SEM, Social Ads, Email Marketing).
- PR & Events: Work with the Marcomms team to generate awareness through events and collaborations with media and KOLs.
4. Business Development & Partnerships
- Strategic Alliances: Partner with industry players, influencers, and agencies to scale our brand reach.
5. Analytics & Performance
- Consumer Insight: Analyse diner behaviours and market trends to recommend and present appropriate strategies to meet the department’s goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in omni-channel marketing and social media content creation.
- Team player, adaptable, comfortable with changes and sensitive to trends.
- Passion for content creation and ability to work with culinary and service teams.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Keen knowledge in F&B trends.
