Part-Time Dental Assistant / Receptionist | Tanjong Pagar CBD

We’re looking for a part-time, cheerful and service-oriented professional to join our team as the welcoming face and support for our clinic. This is a dual-role position where you will manage the front desk and assist our dentists. Training will be provided for clinical tasks.

Work Schedule & Pay

• Minimum commitment: 3–4 days per week
• Hours: 10:30AM – 4:30PM (Can be discussed)
• No nights, Sundays, or Public Holidays
• Salary: $12 – $15 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out smoothly
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally
• Schedule and manage appointments accurately
• Process patient registration, billing, and CHAS/MediSave/insurance claims
• Dispense prescribed medications

Clinic Operations

• Keep the clinic neat and welcoming
• Coordinate with dental laboratories on case logistics
• Manage inventory of dental products and supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Clinical Assistance

• Prepare patients and assist dentists chairside during procedures
• Sterilise instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
• Mix dental materials and assist with basic lab tasks
• Take X-rays when required (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and support daily clinical flow

What We’re Looking For

• Singaporean / PR, minimum N Levels or ITE certification
• Cheerful, professional, and well-groomed
• Good spoken & written English
• Basic IT skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask
• Strong people skills; service or hospitality experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn clinical assisting
