Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide appropriate HR solutions
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary administration
• Handle work pass applications and related documentation for foreign employees
• Provide guidance on employment regulations and support compliance with applicable labour laws and guidelines
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programmes
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
  

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role
• Good understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders across different levels
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. QuickHR or similar platforms) and basic data analysis
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
