Roles & Responsibilities- Well Established Company
- Industry: Construction (Maincon - BCA: A2)
- Salary: $3500 to $4000 + AWS + VB
- Working Location: Aljunied
- Working hours: 5 days – 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Scope
- Maintain an efficient and reliable purchasing system
- Source materials locally and overseas
- Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers
- Assist in issue P.O. for purchasing of goods, plant, machinery and raw materials
- Monitor stock levels and support project material delivery requirements
- Assist incoming and outgoing shipment
- Coordinate and monitor on equipment maintenance
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Handle and direct incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the HR / Admin and Purchasing departments
- Assist in organising and supporting company events
- Any other duties assigned
Requirement
- Advance Certificate / Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Training will be provided for candidate without or with lesser experience
