Roles & Responsibilities

• Working Location: East

• Basic $3200 to $5200 + AWS + VB

• Safety Coordinator (Interior Fitout / A&A / New Build)
  

Job Scope:

• Assist the WSH Manager in ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on-site

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe work practices or conditions

• Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with safety rules and safe work procedures

• Assist in implementing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) measures for construction and A&A projects

• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel

• Support incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Monitor workers’ use of PPE and housekeeping standards on-site

• Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation

• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters

• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, and project safety requirements

• Support internal and external safety audits when required

• Carry out any other safety-related duties assigned by management
  

Requirements

• Possess WSH Coordinator certification or relevant safety qualification

• Experience in construction / A&A / renovation projects preferred

• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices
