Clinical / Care Project Assistant (Freelance)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore with established offices in Kovan, Clementi and Toa Payoh. As we expand our reach into specialised caregiving, we are currently developing a new care initiative and are looking for someone to work alongside our team.

This is a supportive role intended for someone with deep on-the-ground experience to provide practical insights and help us refine our care framework.

Job Description

• Collaborative Support: Work closely with the management team to provide clinical perspectives on a new service proposal.

• Operational Insight: Use knowledge of care facility frameworks to help us structure realistic workflows, staffing plans and resident care standards.

• Documentation Assistance: "Stress-test" our care model and assist in drafting practical SOPs based on your facility experience.

• Strict Alignment: Ensure all clinical details in the application adhere strictly to the provided guides.

• Technical Review: Review proposed caregiving routines to ensure they meet elderly residents needs and industry best practices.

• Future Option: Project-based role with the flexibility to transit into a permanent position post-approval.

Requirements

• Facility Experience: Essential clinical experience in a recognised care facility (e.g., nursing home, assisted living or residential care) and familiar with the frameworks and daily operations of such environments.

• Nursing/Caregiving Background: Background in nursing (RN/EN) or professional caregiving with a focus on elderly care.

• Team Player:Collaborative mindset alongside and strong communication to work alongside our team.

• Flexibility: Ideal for those seeking to transition into healthcare facility management.

Rate: $20-25/hourly
