Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming carpark's intercom and general hotline pertaining to customer's inquiry
Identify and escalate any carpark issue.
Provide information to customers for any carparks enquiries like pricing, availability etc
Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem
Monitoring of carpark entrance / exit condition via CCTV cameras
Ad hoc duties assigned by superior and managers
Requirements:
Must be able to perform 12 hours shift duties
Basic computer knowledge
Able to multi-tasks and work in an intense environment
