Roles & Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Building rapport, conducting financial needs analysis, and providing tailored risk management advice.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identifying new prospects, achieving sales targets, and conducting presentations.
  • Policy Management: Handling renewals, adjusting coverage, and assisting with claim processing.
  • Industry Expertise: Staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively.
  • Business Development: Actively prospecting new clients, developers, and investors to build a robust pipeline.
  • Transaction Management: Coordinating the buying and selling of assets, including property, securities, or funds.
  • Financial Analysis: Preparing cash flow projections, valuations, and investment memos.
  • Client Advisory: Providing portfolio recommendations tailored to client risk profiles and financial goals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with institutional clients and stakeholders.
