Roles & Responsibilities

Benefits Administration

• Manage end-to-end group insurance enrolment, updates, and offboarding

• Administer employee benefits programmes including PruSharePlus, Staff Purchase Scheme, and Recognition initiatives

• Serve as a go-to resource for benefits-related queries and communications

HR Operations

• Support work pass applications and renewals

• Handle employee requests across leave management and remote working arrangements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with data integrity standards

• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support for HR-related enquiries

Payroll Support

• Assist with payroll data preparation, including leave records and claims inputs

• Coordinate statutory submissions such as CPF contributions and tax filing

• Ensure all payroll documentation is properly maintained for audit readiness

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or an administrative HR role

• Familiarity with Workday and/or payroll systems will be an advantage
