Job Summary

Lead all accounting functions to deliver accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance. Drive project profitability analysis and collaborate with project teams to support informed financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete accounting functions including financial statements for tax returns
• Manage cash flow to ensure company liquidity and financial stability
• Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time
• Monitor income receipts and financial commitments to maintain financial control
• Independently create and maintain detailed financial reports for internal and external use
• Coordinate timely updates and reconciliations of project accounts
• Analyze monthly financial activity and prepare reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Report, monitor, and present key financial and non-financial performance indicators to stakeholders
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial reports across all company levels
• Provide actionable feedback to improve financial processes and controls
• Monitor project profitability and manage cost control measures
• Produce quarterly financial reviews and support annual audit activities
• Ensure compliance with legal accounting standards and practices
• Interface and coordinate effectively with project teams to align financial management with project goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Construction industry experience preferred to support project-related financial management
• Established skills in risk management and contract administration
• Local market experience and contractor knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• CPA, CMA, or MBA qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
• Strong estimating skills for change order pricing and subcontractor price verification
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
