Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Provide assistance in the Science Lab

  • Prepare and organize Science Lab equipment

Operational Support Duties (During Science Lab Downtime, Recess, and Dismissal Time)

  • Managing Office Reception
  • Supporting daily School Operations
  • Handling visitor & security protocols
  • Managing mail & courier deliveries
  • Office Administration Support
  • Handling Student & Parent Inquiries
  • Packing, Sorting & organizing materials
  • Performing general cleaning duties in the General Office=

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Attention to detail with excellent organising abilities

Contract Duration: Immediate to 30 November 2026

Working Location: Potong Pasir

Working Hours

  • Mon to Thur: 7.00am to 4.30pm
  • Fri: 7.00am to 4.00pm
  • Lunch: 1 hour

Salary: $2,760 per month
