- Commissions payable according to sales closures, with top performers earning up to 5-digits monthly on a consistent basis
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage working professionals via phone and virtual platforms to introduce relevant training opportunities
- Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets
- Schedule virtual consultations and manage customer enquiries
- Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance tracking
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, business development, recruitment, or related fields
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
