HR Operations Executive – Healthcare Sector (Central Region) #HDC

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across daily operations
• Manage and organise employee records, ensuring accuracy across digital and physical filing systems
• Handle incoming enquiries via calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare and format internal documents, reports, and presentations
• Support HR processes such as documentation, coordination, and record updates
• Assist with departmental projects and provide support for ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in HR or administrative functions will be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with SAP HR systems is a plus
