novita is seeking a sincere Customer Care Officer to join our growing team! 🌟

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless & exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, with professionalism and care.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement service improvements.

  • Manage and resolve customer service requests, repair cases, enquiries, and feedback with efficiency and empathy.

  • Provide suitable product recommendations to customers, with opportunities to earn performance-based incentives.

  • Assist on departmental administrative matters and contribute to special projects or initiatives, supporting team goals and business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently

  • Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for service excellence

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team

  • Organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Working Location - North

Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
