Responsibilities:
Ensure a seamless & exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, with professionalism and care.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement service improvements.
Manage and resolve customer service requests, repair cases, enquiries, and feedback with efficiency and empathy.
Provide suitable product recommendations to customers, with opportunities to earn performance-based incentives.
Assist on departmental administrative matters and contribute to special projects or initiatives, supporting team goals and business growth.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently
Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for service excellence
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team
Organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Working Location - North
Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
