Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Content Creation and Digital Marketing Intern, based in Singapore. The intern will handle various responsibilities, including creating web content, strategizing and managing content workflow, and assisting in writing and editing projects. Additionally, the role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the alignment of content strategies with business objectives, and contributing to effective communication both internally and externally.
Content Creation 60%
You'll own short-form video production across multiple client accounts. That means showing up on site at production floors, content sessions, and client locations across Singapore. You'll plan shot lists with the founder before each session rather than wing it on the day, then capture, edit, and turn out reels that get posted, not shelved.
The full loop sits with you. Capture, selects, edit, captions, music, basic motion graphics, brand consistent thumbnails, organised raw footage, version controlled final cuts. Polish matters. Speed matters more, but never at the expense of the brand.
Digital Outbound 40%
You'll run live outbound campaigns on behalf of selected client accounts, sending personalised messages from their LinkedIn and Instagram profiles using established frameworks and templates. This is real prospecting, not stuffing envelopes. You'll source prospects, draft outreach, log conversations in trackers, and report weekly on messages sent, replies, and meetings booked.
