Intern, Human Resource (Talent Management)

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Human Resource, Talent Management Team, working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.

Job Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement Survey 2026 - Support the team with preparation and testing
• Employee Engagement Programs & Wellness Events - Research on wellness activities for calendar planning, facilitate events and support with proposal for wellness app
• M-drive migration - Support the team with migration of files from m-drive to SharePoint
• Analytics - Support with tracking and related development analytics as required
• Process Efficiency & Automation -Identify opportunities to automate wellness program and other administrative tasks (e.g., event invites, onboarding workflows, data reporting)

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
• Has a keen interest in the Human Resource function
• Meticulous, willing to learn, and possesses 'can-do' attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
