We Are Hiring: Infant Educarer (English & Chinese Language)

📍 Locations: Ace The Place Community Club (New Centre!) (Woodlands)

Are you passionate about nurturing and caring for infants? We are looking for a dedicated and loving Infant Educarer to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for infants aged 2 to 18 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Care & Nurturing: Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and well-being.

• Engagement & Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support infants' sensory, motor, and cognitive development.

• Parent & Educator Partnership: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and well-being.

• Daily Routines: Assist with feeding, diapering, and nap time, ensuring infants are comfortable and cared for.

• Safe & Stimulating Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for infants to explore and grow.

Requirements:

• Higher Cert in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) recognized by ECDA

• Loving, patient, and passionate about working with infants

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and team members

• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

• 家长与教育伙伴关系
  与家长建立良好、互信的关系，定期分享孩子的成长进展与日常情况。
• 日常作息照料
  协助婴幼儿喂食、更换尿布及午睡安排，确保他们感到舒适与被关爱。
• 安全与启发性环境
  维持干净、安全且富有启发性的学习环境，让婴幼儿安心探索与成长。

任职要求：

• 持有 ECDA 认可的幼儿教育高级证书ACEY或者 HCIC

• 有爱心、有耐心，并热爱与婴幼儿一起工作

• 具备良好的沟通能力，能与家长及团队成员良好互动

• 能营造安全、关怀且富有启发性的学习环境

• 具备急救证书者优先考虑
