Our client is looking for a School Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a preschool. This role will serve as a key point of contact for parents and help ensure smooth center operations.
The role is based within a preschool located in a church environment, and will suit someone comfortable working in a close-knit, community setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative duties, including enrolment, attendance tracking, and student records
- Handle parent enquiries and communication (calls, walk-ins, emails)
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic finance coordination
- Assist with staff scheduling and coordination
- Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audit requirements
- Support center operations, including events and general coordination
- Liaise with internal staff and stakeholders as required
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience (school or preschool environment preferred)
- Comfortable handling parents and front-facing communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to work in a small team environment
- Basic understanding of preschool operations is a plus
- Comfortable working in a church-based environment
