Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide individualised nutrition support, counselling and education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care across care settings.
- Apply evidence-based practice through critical thinking and sound clinical reasoning.
- Address medical, social and lifestyle determinants influencing nutrition and health outcomes.
- Support preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management programmes.
- Design, implement and evaluate community health and lifestyle programmes with key stakeholders.
- Empower individuals and groups to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyle practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Completed a recognised clinical dietetic internship.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required for the Senior Dietitian role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, caregivers and community partners.
- Demonstrated passion for community health promotion and preventive care.
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic healthy meal preparation skills.
