Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Account Assistant(AR/AP) (JT-1010)
Location: Pandan Road
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Description:
-Responsible for AR/AP activities
-Prepare daily bank balance for Directors
-Manage and maintain petty cash transactions.
-Process payments for local and overseas suppliers.
-Prepare monthly schedules for depreciation, prepayments, accruals, and maintain the fixed asset register.
-Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the accountant
