As a Senior/Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and property by implementing and upholding effective security measures across the hotel. You will ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at all times, safeguard hotel assets and guest property against loss, damage, or unforeseen incidents, and respond to and manage all security-related situations in a professional and timely manner.

Day to Day Responsibilities

2.1 Actively participate in the day-to-day security operations of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property.

2.2 Provide necessary assistance to guests and employees in a friendly and tactful manner.

2.3 Enforce the company policy and procedures relating to safety and security.

2.4 Responding to all incidents involving hotel guests and employees.

2.5 Maintains vigilant surveillance of suspicious individuals and activities to ensure peace and order within the hotel premises, and takes appropriate corrective action when necessary.

2.6 Conduct investigations and submit report on incidents affecting guests and employees.

2.7 Carry out patrolling duties around and within the hotel compound.

2.8 Perform access control duties at the FCC and managing of CCTV surveillance.

2.9 Managing of crowds and traffic controls during peak periods.

2.10 Respond to all emergency situations including fire alarms, medical assistance and emergency evacuation.

2.11 Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management.
