About Wu Song Capital

Wu Song Capital is a private investmentoffice investing in and partnering with businesses across Asia. We focus ondirect opportunities in real estate, healthcare, agriculture and traditionalbusinesses. Our approach is hands-on, relationship-driven, andexecution-focused. As an intern, you will work directly with the founder onlive origination efforts.

The Role: DealSourcing & Origination Intern

This is primarily adeal sourcing role. Your core responsibility is to originate investmentopportunities. You will identify target companies, initiate first contact withbusiness owners, and set up meetings for potential transactions. This is ahunter role that requires persistence, resourcefulness, and commercialinstinct. You will not be sitting behind spreadsheets all day. You will be inthe market, researching, reaching out, following up, and opening doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Study differentindustries, review business ideas, and find new investment opportunities
• Startup Scouting: Identify promisingstartups, connect with founders, and build relationships
• Investment Support: Help prepare reports,presentations, and other materials for investment decisions
• Business Exploration: Work remotely fromThailand with possible travel across Asia for business research and networking

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for students who are:

• Highly Resourceful: You know how to findinformation others cannot. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity andfiguring things out independently
• Commercially Curious: You are genuinely interested in how businesses make money and how deals are structured
• Persistent and Resilient: You are comfortable with rejection and follow-up. You understand that sourcing is a numbers game requiring discipline
• Strong Communicator: You can write concise, professional outreach emails and speak confidently with business owners
• Independent: You can operate remotely with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables

Internship Details

• Minimum Commitment: 5 months
• Internship Period: August 2026 - January 2027
• Location: Remote-first (Singapore) + Regional Travel Opportunities
• Work Expectation: Standard weekdays (3 days) + mandatory weekend work at our founder’s children’s charity (2 days)
