6723 - M&E Engineer [Work on Site | Construction Industry]

Roles & Responsibilities

• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]
• Work on Site

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review the client/subcontractor's technical specifications and drawings
• Manage M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets and timelines
• Prepare reports on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures
• Resolve M&E coordination / technical issues on site
• Conduct feasibility studies and propose solutions to relevant stakeholders based on the studies
• Develop detailed designs taking into consideration project requirements, technical aspects, relevant codes and standards, as well as good practices
• Perform simulation modelling and analyses
• Manage design changes and services coordination
