Roles & Responsibilities- Work Location - Central Region
- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $2300
- Govt Agency, 4 months contract
Job Scope:
- Prepare and organise physical documents for scanning and digitisation
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of digitised records
- Assist with retrieval, distribution, and storage of files
- Support daily registry operations and document handling processes
- Verify and upload records into the electronic records management system
- Assist in records appraisal and maintenance in line with retention guidelines
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills
