Roles & Responsibilities- Location: Tiong Bahru
- Working hrs: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.15pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time
- Maintain proper filing and records of all purchase orders
- Manage office stationery, including ordering, replenishment, and inventory tracking
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering Admin team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel application.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central is an added advantage.
- No experience candidate is welcomed!
