Immediate Vacancy: Accounts Associate (Juniors & Senior)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a growing outsourced accounting firm looking for Junior and Senior Accounts Associates to join our team. We are offering structured training, career progression and opportunities to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

(1) Junior Accounts Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and accounting data entry
• Support month-end, quarterly GST and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparation of financial statements
• On-job training provided

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, N/O-Level with Principles of Accounts (POA), or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn

(2) Senior Accounts Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for client portfolios
• Preparing financial reports and GST submissions
• Liaise with clients & auditors
• Review junior team members'' work

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, O-Level with Principles of Accounts (POA), or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant accounting experience (preferably in outsourcing firms)
• Familiar in accounting software QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
