Roles & Responsibilities

JobResponsibilities:

• Assistsin preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities.
• Assistswith monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules.
• Analyzingoperational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports formanagement.
• Supportingand preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Developingrevenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI.
• Prepareand assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance withGlobal Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting.
• Supportsand assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides.
• Leverageautomation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes.
• Participateand support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, ExpensesManagement System.
• Ad-hocduties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 3-5 years of working experience in accounting.
• Experience and good knowledge in MS Office, Power BI,Power Automate, SAP Hana/ B1
