Requirements:
• Degree holder
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Meticulous, resourceful, and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner stakeholders on manpower planning and HR support
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and outreach activities
• Handle employee enquiries and employee relations matters
• Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
• Support implementation of HR strategies and policies
