Job Requirements:
✅ Singapore Citizen
✅ Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level (including English & Mathematics)
✅ At least 1 year of receptionist/frontline customer service experience
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
✅ Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk and reception duties
• Handle calls, enquiries & visitors
• Manage visitor registration and passes
• Coordinate courier services
• Arrange office equipment maintenance
• Maintain reception area cleanliness
• Support ad-hoc administrative duties
🕘 Working Hours:
Mon–Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
🍱 Lunch Break: 12.30pm – 1.30pm
📄 Contract Duration: 3 years
🔄 Option to extend for another 2 years
