Roles & ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities
- Reception & Administrative: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, handling inquiries via email/WhatsApp, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records/systems.
- Patient Care & Registration: Registering new patients, collecting patient history, monitoring insurance eligibility, and collecting payments.
- Doctor Support & Clinical Duties: Assisting doctors during examinations, preparing treatment rooms, taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature), and performing basic tests under supervision.
- Clinic Maintenance & Dispensary: Dispensing medication, sterilizing instruments, restocking supplies, performing inventory checks, and ensuring general clinic cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Min N/O/A level
- Able to commit min 3 months, 4-5 days per week with some evening shifts required
