Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Executive to support the implementation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The role will assist in sustainability reporting, data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and execution of environmental improvement projects across the organisation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability practices into business operations and support the company’s sustainability goals and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of sustainability strategy and ESG roadmap
• Assist in environmental initiatives including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste and water management
• Collect, consolidate and analyse ESG data (e.g. emissions, energy use, waste data)
• Support preparation of ESG reports in line with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD and ISSB
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, certifications and regulatory submissions
• Monitor relevant environmental regulations and ESG disclosure requirements in Singapore
• Support internal teams (Operations, Procurement, HR, Facilities) in sustainability initiatives
• Assist in stakeholder coordination with vendors, consultants and auditors
• Contribute to sustainability projects such as recycling programmes, CSR initiatives and green initiatives
• Track ESG KPIs and prepare performance updates and reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management or reporting
• Basic knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, ISSB) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong interest in sustainability, climate action and corporate responsibility
  
  Preferred
• Experience with ESG reporting or environmental certifications (e.g. ISO 14001)
• Knowledge of carbon accounting or sustainability reporting tools
• Familiarity with Singapore sustainability initiatives (e.g. Singapore Green Plan 2030)
