Senior / Application Engineer (Manufacturing / Motion Control)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• The main technical contact for key customers, ensuring complete solutions using company products.
• Identify training needs and deliver technical training to subsidiaries and customers.
• Maintain and update training materials, application notes, and technical documentation.
• Support sales teams with demos, technical data, and customer negotiation assistance.
• Train and support customers and subsidiaries on company products.
• Serve as product expert, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Handle commissioning, testing, and product demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing technical support for new applications.
• Develop best practices and improve product usage.
• Recommend product improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in field or applications support.
• Mechatronics or machine design experience is a plus.
• Proficient in C/C++, C#, MATLAB, Python or similar.
• Autonomous, results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, rigorous, works well under pressure.
• Knowledge of control / regulation theory.
