Roles & Responsibilities

Singapore | To Start: 5–10 hours/week | Flexible schedule | Base + sales bonus

We're Foxy & Co., a new Singapore-based food brand launching premium ready-to-heat and easy-to-cook family meal kits — real ingredients, real flavours, real food for real households.

We're looking for a part-time sous chef to help us develop our menu and become the face of our brand on social media. This isn't a back-of-house role. You'll be cooking, creating, and on camera and we'll build your personal profile alongside the brand.

What you'll do

• Develop and refine recipes for our family-sized meal kits, focused on Italian and modern Western cuisine
• Be featured in short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and our brand collaterals
• Help shape our product range as we expand into dips, sauces, breads, and seasonal offerings
• Be a brand ambassador at occasional tastings, pop-ups, or media moments

What we're looking for

• Strong background in Italian and Western cuisine — you know your ragùs from your bolognese and can cook them beautifully
• Comfortable and confident on camera — warm, cheerful, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
• A positive, can-do attitude (we're a young brand and we move fast)
• Singapore-based with the right to work here
• Bonus points if you've created food content before, but it's not required — we'll coach you
