Overview
Job Description -
• Provide face-to-face technical support and assistance to end users.
• Handle user account setup, network access, and desktop imaging in a Windows environment.
• Install and configure printers, software, and other peripherals as required.
• Perform desktop/laptop troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and user satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
