Job Summary
You will oversee daily bus deployments and driver management, ensuring schedules are met, vehicles are maintained, and operational challenges are resolved promptly to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Arrange daily bus deployments and assign trip orders to drivers to ensure timely service delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison for drivers by managing feedback, addressing grievances, and enforcing compliance with company policies
- Respond decisively to real-time incidents such as bus breakdowns, accidents, or route changes by coordinating replacement vehicles or repairs
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and collaborate with workshops to maintain fleet safety and operational readiness
- Manage cash card and top-up disbursements for drivers while maintaining accurate records of operational expenses
- Update the Fleet Management System (FMS) with real-time data on vehicle status, fuel consumption, and trip completion to support operational transparency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of a valid Class 4 Driving License and willingness to operate a bus during emergencies or to cover duty gaps
- Proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication with drivers and operational teams
- Prior experience with Singapore-Malaysia cross-border regulations and checkpoints to support compliance and operational efficiency
