Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Support production planning activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to monitor material availability and production timelines.
• Assist in preparing and updating production schedules based on customer demand and operational capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Track production progress and follow up on delays or scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ensure timely updates in ERP/MRP systems.
• Prepare planning reports, forecasts, and operational data for internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and supply chain processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational and planning-related duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive learning attitude, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
