Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Jurong East

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full Accounts Payable (AP) process including invoice processing, payment cycles, and expense reimbursements
• Support cash flow forecasting, payment planning, and financial analysis
• Process vendor, intercompany, cheque, and telegraphic transfer (TT) payments
• Ensure accurate recording of accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, lease entries, and GL transactions in the ERP system
• Perform account reconciliations, AP ageing reports, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on outstanding purchase orders and intercompany balances
• Support month-end/year-end closing, GST submissions, tax-related schedules, and statutory reporting
• Handle ad hoc finance projects and reporting duties as assigned by the finance team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education required: Diploma in Financial Accounting
• Previous experience would be beneficial.
• Computer skills are necessary with direct experience in spreadsheets, word processing, and computerized accounting systems are required.
