✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food production to ensure full compliance with prescribed recipes, specifications, and portion control standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation according to established kitchen standards.
- Practice strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures to maintain food safety and freshness.
- Ensure all food products are stored correctly in designated fridges and storage containers throughout each shift.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and work areas at all times.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of kitchen equipment, and guide junior kitchen staff on correct handling.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service.
