6 Months Product Test Analyst (UAT) #EAT

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full testing lifecycle for product implementations and system enhancements, including end-to-end quality checks.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
• Prepare test data, execute test scenarios, monitor testing progress, and log defects/issues identified during testing.
• Ensure timely completion and proper closure of testing activities within project timelines.
• Escalate defects, gaps, and issues to Supervisors, UAT Test Managers, and IT teams, and support issue tracking and resolution.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to execute agreed test plans and conditions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of testing artefacts and related project documents.
• Perform product and policy parameter configurations within system and project timelines.
• Provide support for post-implementation issues and system stabilisation activities.
• Assist in preparing training materials and documentation for internal users.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree, preferably in IT, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience; insurance industry knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good time management skills with the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
