Healthcare Assistant (with ITE) | Community Hospital

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security
• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
• Plan and implement meaningful activities for senior residents
• Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming
• Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in elderly care best practices

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level or equivalent
• Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
• ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
• Rotation shift: 6 day work week
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
